This policy explains what information Glintday ("we") collects when you visit glintday.com or buy from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
• Payment information: card details are entered on a secure checkout page run by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing information: pages viewed, device and browser type, collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
• Messages: anything you send to hello@glintday.com.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order
• To answer your questions
• To measure and improve our ads and website
• To prevent fraud

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partners and couriers (to pack and deliver your order), Meta (advertising measurement), Google (website analytics), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Zoho (email). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand how our ads perform. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or by using your browser's tracking controls.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@glintday.com. California residents can also ask what information we have collected about them.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, then delete them.
