Where we ship

We currently ship to street addresses in the United States. We can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. You won't be asked to pay anything at delivery.

How long it takes

Orders ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days.

Every order is sent by express courier with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time shown above, we'll email you with a new date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@glintday.com with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before your order ships.
