What's covered

For one year from delivery, we'll repair, re-plate or replace your piece if any of these happen during normal wear:

• A stone comes loose or falls out
• The clasp breaks or won't close securely
• The plating wears through
• A manufacturing defect appears

What isn't covered

• Loss or theft
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or repairs by someone else
• Normal scratches and changes in shine from everyday wear

Email hello@glintday.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within one business day.

Care tips

Take your jewelry off for swimming, showering and workouts. Put it on after lotion and perfume. Store each piece separately in its pouch, and wipe with a soft dry cloth.
