30-day returns

You can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Free size exchange

If your bracelet doesn't fit, we'll send you a different length at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll explain the next steps.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@glintday.com with your order number and what you'd like to do.
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the piece, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described. In those cases, we cover everything.

Items we can't accept

Pieces that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging and certificate.
